1. Eligibility to Play at 92jili

To register and use the 92jili platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 92jili reserves the right to verify these requirements at any time and to close accounts that do not meet them.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement — no exceptions. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing at 92jili.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 92jili, nor a close family member of such a person, unless 92jili has provided explicit written permission.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or organization.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or under any active gaming ban that covers the 92jili platform.

2. Account Registration at 92jili

Every player at 92jili must register a personal account before playing for real money. Registration is free and requires a valid Philippine mobile number and a secure password. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and your own.

One account per person, per household, per device. 92jili enforces a strict single-account policy. If you open duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or accidentally — all but one may be suspended. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture, and remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 92jili account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 92jili support immediately via live chat. 92jili will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to a player's failure to maintain credential security.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

92jili is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This process — often called Know Your Customer or KYC — is standard practice for regulated online gaming platforms and exists to protect players and prevent fraud.

When requested, you must provide clear copies of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys national ID), a proof of address document (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot showing the account holder name on your GCash or Maya account).

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit: varies by payment method and account verification level. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits to 92jili must be made from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment comes from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and a potential account review.

• Deposits are generally credited instantly for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer processing times follow the standard InstaPay/PESONet schedule.
• 92jili does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• If a deposit does not appear in your 92jili balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposited funds are available immediately for gameplay — there is no mandatory holding period before play.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

92jili aims to process all withdrawal requests from verified accounts within the shortest possible timeframe. GCash and Maya withdrawals from fully verified accounts are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard InstaPay/PESONet processing schedules.

Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 92jili does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

92jili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a player protection measure — it helps ensure that payouts reach the correct person.

• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if account verification is incomplete.
• 92jili does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your e-wallet or bank may apply their own fees for receiving transfers.
• Multiple pending withdrawals may be consolidated by 92jili's payments team where operationally appropriate.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

92jili offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy in this section. When there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱10,000 in total qualifying game play before a withdrawal of the bonus funds can be requested. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, and timeframes vary by promotion and are always clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to their stated wagering requirements.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, Pusoy Dos, and certain other table games may contribute at a reduced rate — always check the specific promotion terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 92jili reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotional change will be notified.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusive play, fraudulent accounts, or systematic wagering designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated promotional period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

7. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

All games available at 92jili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment monitored under controlled conditions. 92jili's RNG systems are subject to independent auditing to verify fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

Game outcomes at 92jili are final once a round is complete. In cases of genuine technical malfunction — where a game round cannot be completed correctly due to a system error — the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. 92jili will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's own connection issues, device problems, or similar circumstances outside 92jili's control.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed before gameplay begins.
• 92jili reserves the right to void bets placed using software exploits, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited at 92jili and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and identity theft: Using false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one 92jili account per person, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game including Pusoy Dos or poker variants.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through systematic gameplay patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Chargebacks: Attempting to reverse deposit transactions through your payment provider after funds have been used for gameplay.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to play on your behalf or to gain an advantage over other players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs or pricing errors rather than reporting them to 92jili support.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusive, or discriminatory communication directed at other players or 92jili staff through any channel.

9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

92jili is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Online gaming should be entertainment — an enjoyable activity within controlled limits. When it stops being that, we want to help.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length and receive a notification when your time is up.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from gameplay for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of six months.

92jili may send promotional communications — including bonus offers, tournament announcements, and platform updates — to registered players via SMS or email. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time from your account notification settings without affecting your access to the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

92jili's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account at the time the claim arises. 92jili will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

• 92jili is not liable for losses caused by a player's own connection failure, device malfunction, or browser issues during gameplay.
• Game outcomes processed correctly by 92jili's certified RNG system are final and not subject to compensation claims.
• 92jili is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account arising from your own failure to maintain credential security.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

92jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 has occurred or is suspected.
• The account poses a fraud or money laundering risk.
• Identity verification has been refused or cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• The account is subject to a valid self-exclusion or regulatory order.

Where an account is closed by 92jili for reasons other than prohibited conduct, the balance of verified funds in the account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 92jili support via live chat. Account closure requests from the account holder are processed within 24 hours.

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

92jili reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 92jili will provide notification via the platform or by SMS/email to registered players.

Continued use of the 92jili platform after changes to these Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
